Notes
Care plans, and the stack under them.
I run a websites-as-a-service business. These are the notes I wish I had written down earlier: the stack, the price, the monthly pass, a mixed book of sites, and the weeks where a client is new, a site is down, a copy has never been opened, or a renewal fails without a deploy.
The short product pages stay where they are. A sample client digest is the thing the client opens. These notes are the work around that page.

A small-agency hosting stack that does not need a platform team
One Coolify server, a health endpoint, outside probes, certificate and domain dates, and backups you have restored. The stack I actually run.

How to price a website care plan so the invoice is not the only proof
A worksheet for Watch, Care, and Studio retainers: included work, a change budget that does not roll over, and the note you send before renewal.

The monthly pass on a client site, and the letter that follows
What to check from the outside and from the login each month, and how to turn each finding into a sentence the client can repeat.

One maintenance process for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and custom sites
A shared roster, the same outside checks, and a short stack-specific pass, so a mixed book of sites still produces one kind of client letter.
