RetainerProof compared with the tools you already run
These pages answer one search each. The first sentences are the answer. The table is the part I could check. The last part is when to keep the other tool.
RetainerProof is the client page for a care retainer. It does not update plugins, it does not take backups, and it does not install anything on the site. If a row below is a WordPress suite, I am not trying to win that job.
Competitor prices were read from their own pages on 20 October 2026. If a number was not on the page, it is not in the table.

When to open which
Open a “vs” page when you already have both names and you want the split. Open an “alternative” page when you are trying to leave a tool and you need to hear what does not come with you. For AgencyAnalytics competitors, the honest split is care versus campaigns, not a second marketing portal. The two question pages are for the letter itself, before you pick software. What a WordPress maintenance report should contain, with the public sample and a blank you can copy, is the WordPress maintenance report.
Longer notes already on the site, written before this set: ManageWP client reports, the MainWP alternative for client reporting, WordPress client reporting tools, and UptimeRobot vs Pulsetic. The 2026 roundup, with the question of whether clients read the report, is ManageWP alternatives for agencies.
Plans are Starter at $9/month for up to 5 sites, Studio at $29/month for up to 25 sites, and Agency at $79/month for up to 100 sites. Studio is the plan marked recommended when it is for sale. Starter, including a trial, keeps a small Powered by RetainerProof link on the client digest and the public status page. Studio and Agency remove that link. Prices are on the pricing page.
FAQ
Are these ranked?
No. A suite that updates WordPress is the right buy when that is the retainer. RetainerProof is the right buy when the client needs a page, and the suite can stay.
Where do the competitor prices come from?
From the vendor’s own pricing or feature page, read on 20 October 2026. Each page names the URL in the source note. I do not fill a blank with a price from memory.
Which RetainerProof plan is the one to start on?
Studio at $29 a month, up to 25 sites, is the plan marked recommended when it is for sale. Starter is $9 a month for 5 sites and keeps a small product link. Agency is $79 a month for 100 sites.
