Terms
These terms are between you and DIGITAL AYNS LLC, 1603 Capitol Ave Suite 413G-1351, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA, for the RetainerProof service. Contact: [email protected].
RetainerProof is a monitoring digest for websites you retain: uptime, certificates, domain dates, a link sample, optional performance scores, screenshots, a work log you write, email alerts, and an optional public status page. It is not a security audit, a backup product, or a promise that a client site stays online.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, charged by Stripe. The price and site limit are whatever the pricing section shows when you subscribe. A plan that is not shown there is not for sale. You can cancel in the Stripe billing portal. We do not store your card number. We do not promise a refund beyond what Stripe shows on the subscription.
If you move to a plan with a lower site limit, sites you already added stay. You cannot add another site until you are back within that limit or you upgrade.
Sites you add
Add only public URLs you are allowed to request. Our server requests those URLs. When a performance check runs, Google’s PageSpeed Insights API receives the URL too. A Cloudflare or other firewall block can be reported as unverifiable rather than down. Checks can be late or wrong.
Your account
You are responsible for the password on the account and for notes you put in the work log. Do not use the service to probe systems you do not have permission to check. We can suspend an account that does.
Branding on client pages
The client digest and the public status page lead with your studio name. Plans that are not marked White-label on the pricing page keep a small RetainerProof credit in the footer. The plan marked White-label omits that credit. If that plan is not listed on the pricing page, it is not offered.
Liability
The digest reports what our checks saw. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or for an outage the digest missed. This does not limit liability the law does not let us limit.
