Client reports that are not tied to WordPress
WordPress suites such as ManageWP are built around WordPress: the admin, plugins, and a login. RetainerProof is a different tool. It does not update plugins, it does not take backups, and it does not install anything on the site.
What this is for
Use it when the client should see care without a WordPress login. The site can be WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or static HTML. If the URL is publicly reachable, it can be checked. No plugin is required.

What the digest actually shows
Homepage uptime from probes about every 15 minutes, fuller checks on a daily, twice-daily, weekly, or monthly cadence, TLS and domain expiry, a Lighthouse snapshot, optional extra paths or API endpoints, and the work log you write. Email alerts go to you when a check goes red and when it recovers.
If you still want WordPress updates, backups, or uptime inside a WordPress dashboard, keep the tool you already use for that. RetainerProof does not replace those jobs. It is the page you send when a client asks what the retainer covered.
