Proof pack

Send a prospect the digest, not a signup link

A proof pack is one check of a public URL. It uses the same monitoring digest as a client site: homepage, TLS, domain, a link sample, and Lighthouse when a PageSpeed key is set. You share the secret URL or a PDF. It does not create an account for the prospect.

Outreach

1. Log in on an active subscription. The form is on the dashboard, under Proof pack.
2. Enter the client name and the public URL. Generate proof pack.
3. Wait until the site page leaves “Running…”. Copy the secret digest URL, or Download PDF.
4. Send that link or file. Do not publish the secret URL, and do not put it in a sitemap.
5. To keep watching the site, add it with Add a site. A proof pack is not checked again.

What it does not do

• It does not use a site slot on the plan.
• It is not probed on the scheduler, and it does not send freelancer alerts or client digest email.
• The public URL is /r/<token>. The token is random. The prospect URL and any email stay out of that path.
• It is limited to 3 an hour, 10 a day, and 30 stored. Delete an older one to make room.
• The API site list does not include proof packs.

PDF

Download PDF saves the branded digest as a file you can send. It matches the page: your studio name, this period’s check, and the recommended next steps.

• Sample digest: /demo/pdf
• Secret digest: /r/<token>/pdf. Use the token from the site page.
