This is the sample client digest, with notes on why each block is there. Harbor & Co and Lumen Goods are fictional. The checks are sample data, not a live site, and not a customer.

Why each part is on the page

  1. Letterhead

    Studio name, the client, the URL, and the period. The client should know whose report it is without a login. The PDF link is the same page, printed.

  2. Work this period

    Lines you wrote: a title a person can repeat, a note, a tag, optional minutes. If you log nothing, this whole section is omitted. That is deliberate. An empty month should not grow fake chores.

  3. Status and summary

    One line for the period, then the plain summary. On the Harbor sample the summary names a short miss and says the homepage, TLS, and domain were otherwise healthy.

  4. Recommended next steps

    What to do next, in the same order as the findings. If nothing needs a look, the line says so. It is not a task list you did not agree.

  5. Uptime this period

    How many homepage checks reached the site, and how many missed. Extra paths you added show under Also checked. A bot wall is unverifiable, not downtime.

  6. Lighthouse scores

    A mobile snapshot when one exists. It is not a security audit. The footer of the digest says that too.

  7. Visual proof

    A screenshot of the homepage, and whether it changed since the previous snapshot. The Harbor sample flags a visual change. That is the point of the block: the client can see the page, not only a percentage.

  8. At a glance

    Homepage, TLS, Domain, and Links. TLS is days left, the expiry date, and the issuer. Domain is days left from the public RDAP record, or Unavailable when that lookup has no date. Links are the sample, not every URL on the site.

  9. Snapshots

    Older digests, so a renewal conversation can open March without hunting email.

The public status page is a different URL. It shows current uptime and 90 days of probe incidents. It does not show the work log. Notes on that split are on white-label status pages. Questions

Is Harbor & Co a real client?

No. The banner on the sample says the same thing. Do not forward it as if it were someone's live site.

Why is the PDF a separate link?

Some clients still want a file. The link they can reopen next month is the page. The PDF is the same sample, not a second report with different numbers.

Can I send this sample in a proposal?

Yes. Tell them it is a fictional studio. The proposal template links here for that reason.

Plans are Starter at $9/month for up to 5 sites, Studio at $29/month for up to 25 sites, and Agency at $79/month for up to 100 sites. Studio is the plan marked recommended. Starter, including a trial, keeps a small Powered by RetainerProof link on the client digest and the public status page. Studio and Agency remove that link. Prices are on the pricing page.
